Welcome to the website (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) of the ZINAPAH - NATIONAL FOUNDATION FOR SERVICEMEN INSURANCE (hereinafter referred to as "ZINAPAH").

Its purpose is to ensure full transparency and accountability regarding the activities of ZINAPAH in compliance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Compensation for Damages Caused to the Life or Health of Servicemen During Defense of the Republic of Armenia."

Pursuant to Article 10(1) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Personal Data Protection", ZINAPAH hereby informs you about the processing of your personal data.

We hereby ask you to read ZINAPAH’s Privacy Policy and the Notice on Intent to Process Personal Data and for whatsoever reason should you do not agree with any part of it, please stop using the Website.

LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The legal basis for processing your personal data is the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Personal Data Protection", particularly Articles 5 and 10, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), specifically Article 6(1)(a), where applicable.

PURPOSES FOR WHICH ZINAPAH PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA:
To ensure smooth, convenient, and secure operation and use of the Website,
To inform the public about ZINAPAH's activities,
To accept your donations and send personalized certificates to donation recipients (for "In Honor" or "In Memoriam" donations),

ZINAPAH collects, records, enters, organizes, stores, uses, alters, retrieves, corrects, blocks, or destroys your personal data, provided with your consent.

ZINAPAH may transfer your personal data, both within and outside Armenia, to third parties, indicated below, who process, store, or provide information on personal data, for the purposes of data processing:

RA state and judicial bodies, as per Armenian law.
"Electronic Governance Infrastructure Implementation Office" CJSC.
Third-party partners of ZINAPAH, under confidentiality obligations and based on contractual cooperation, aligned with the principle of “need to know.”

Transfers outside Armenia are carried out in accordance with Article 27 of the RA Law “On Personal Data Protection”.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO:

Obtain information about your personal data, their processing, the grounds and purposes of processing, the data controller (PROCESSOR), its location, as well as the scope of individuals to whom the personal data may be transferred.
Access your personal data and request from ZINAPAH to correct, block, or destroy your personal data if the data is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for achieving the purposes of processing, based on a written request (or through an authorized person or legal representative).
The request can be sent electronically with a verified electronic digital signature to the address indicated below.
In case of doubts regarding the correction, blocking, or destruction of your personal data by the ZINAPAH, contact the authorized body for personal data protection (Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia) to clarify the fact of correction, blocking, or destruction of your personal data and to obtain information regarding it.
Withdraw your consent in the cases and manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Armenia. The withdrawal can be sent electronically with a verified electronic digital signature to the address indicated below:

YOU PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL DATA WHEN

Registering on the ZINAPAH Website to make an online donation.
Creating a personal account to activate recurring monthly donations.
Submitting applications through the Website for refund of stamp duties, attaching necessary documents. If, for any reason, you prefer not to upload documents online, you may submit paper versions directly to ZINAPAH.

ZINAPAH undertakes all reasonable and up-to-date technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized alteration, and to ensure its confidentiality.
We regularly review our security procedures and utilize modern security technologies and appropriate methods.
We also use advanced data transmission encryption tools, however, we cannot guarantee the complete security of such encryption technologies. Your data is stored securely on Google servers. Data transmission is carried out using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Despite ZINAPAH’s reasonable efforts to ensure the highest possible level of protection for your personal data, please note that it is not possible to eliminate the risk of unauthorized access completely, as data transmission over the Internet or mobile communication platforms is not entirely secure. Therefore, we advise you to exercise caution when sharing personal information online.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data processed based on your consent is stored for a period objectively necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing, but no longer than 20 years, unless otherwise expressly instructed by you in writing or required by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
Upon expiration of this period, the personal data you have provided will be destroyed, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
